Happy St Patricks Day Immortals. I had originally been planning to run an event on Sunday, but due to other issues, most events will be running this magical Monday. I did manage to get the donator pack and Nikitas Nook launched earlier, so that is something. So what do we have for you today? The Match Game has been updated for today. If you are lucky, you can win 250 Gold Coins in a single game. Platinum players can win 150 Gold coins. Every hour throughout the day I will be added millions of dollars in extra prize money to the Lottery so try your luck! Additionally, I am hiding 30 Pots of Gold in the mines today. Half now and half at Noon. Some pots contain 1,000 Gold Pieces, some contain 2,000 Gold Pieces, and some contain 5,000 Gold Pieces. Find them, and the gold is yours. For fairness, an Immortal can only find one of these pts. There is one other module running, but you will have to discover that one on your own. Have a great day. Nikita

Attention Immortals. It looks like we are good to go. *crossing fingers* I sincerely apologize for the downtime. I assure you it stresses me out to no end, and I do everything humanly possible to get the game restored as quickly as possible. Please allow me a little time to de-stress and later I will post a review of the past two days, in the forum, for anyone who is interested. Your patience and understanding is appreciated. Summary: While the downtime really sucked, it could have been a lot worse. Nikita.

Rebooting the Server at 7:15pm game time. In theory it should only take the site offline for a short period. But it has been over a year since we rebooted, so you never know what could go wrong. lol. Nikita

Greetings Immortals. Be aware there will not be any special events for Valentines Day. Due to a very serious family emergency, I was called away and consequently was unable to get things together. We do have the Valentines Day Donator Pack and Nikitas Nook up and running through tomorrow. I will try and hold an event or two on another weekend this month. I appreciate everyones understanding. N

Merry Christmas. Along with the Christmas DP and Nikitas Nook, we have the return of the Reindeer Dice game. This is a player v player gambling game where two players complete to gather a herd of reindeer. We also have the Christmas Hedge Maze, a traditional labyrinth where Immortals can enter in search of 14 Christmas Trees. Can you find them all? For more information on either, visit the links on the Explore page. Lastly, in the mines today you can find Christmas Cheer. If you find 5 Christmas Cheer, make sure to spread it around to other active samurai (profile links) and you can receive a special present. I hope everyone has a great rest of the year. By the way, the temporary Snowball items found in the Nook appear to not have had the throw link in player inventory, I have corrected that issue.

Happy Thanksgiving Immortal Friends. You should already kow about Nikitas Nook, The Immortal Sportsbook, DP, and Thank Yous. In addition to those fine things, today we are having a Mashed Potato Massacre. As we speak, immortals are being divided into two teams; Natives and Settlers, randomly as they log in, and the object is to throw Mashed Potatoes at your opponents for points! First you will need to Mine for Empty Pie Plates...you need those for holding your potatoes and for blocking shots your opponents might be taking at you! If you block a shot you throw those potatoes right back at them and score off of them using their own potatoes! You can find 2 kinds of Potatoes around the game; Mashed Potatoes and Sweet Potato Mash. Both of the potatoes will score you points if you land your shots, but Sweet Potatoes are harder to find, so will earn you more points! May the best team win, and of course those who contribute the most for their team will receive bonus prizes. Should there be any bugs, please get them posted in the bugs forum with haste. Thanks.

Get ready for a fang-tastic night! You should already know about Nikitas Nook, Halloween costumes, and the DP. But wait, there is more.....
Trick Or Treating
A Trick or Treat competition on the City Grid. First you will need a Plastic Pumpkin from Violets Varieties to hold your treats then you can search the grid for Houses with their lights on to ring the bell. Not all Houses will give candy, but for those who do you have hit pay dirt! The candy can be consumed but the goal is to collect as much candy as you can because the top 20 in the Hall of Fame will win prizes!
Greedy Goblins
Today you will find Greedy Goblins all through the community running around and attempting to block the ability to obtain or use anything of value especially gold, cash and souls. The Ancients have helped us out with spreading Sugar Cubes all over the Immortal World to help us combat the Goblins greed and replace it with gluttony! Use these Sugar Cubes on the Goblins and then drag them to one of the Drunk tanks on the Explore page to keep them contained. The top ten Immortals that subdue the most Goblins will receive the thanks of the Ancients and a generous prize! Drunk Tanks do fill up, so after a while you may have to look through various cities in the game for available space. There will always be space somewhere.
