Happy Christmas EVE Immortal Night!!!
The species war is now on!!! For those of you participating, get out there and show up for your species!! Hit members of the opposing species that have skulls and crossbones on their profiles! Remember no hellhounds up for the war, so it should be interesting...Good luck!!
There is also a Christmas Raffle up, so check that out on the explore page, you can buy tickets until midnight on Christmas. Thats two whole days of ticket buying. The winners will be drawn on the 26th.

Spamming peoples comments is against the rules. It's lovely that you all want to give hugs and kisses, but this is out of control. This is a war game and how good a friend you are is not measured in comment SPAM. We have already removed them once. This should have been your first clue that spam of this nature was unwanted here. People who continue to misuse comments in this way will find themselves without the privilege of mail and comments for a while.

Greetings Immortals!
To kick off our holiday season since come of you were so brimming with excitement you could not contain yourselves.
We have put forth an Immortal Christmas contest in the general discussion forums.
Take a moment to check it out, we would love to see your entries. There are so many creative minds in this community, it is sure to be entertaining.
We have also released a Holiday Donator Pack for you with a special snowflake icon. There are also collectables that will not be sold in the game available in those DPs. There are 3 collectable ornaments in all but you only get one per DP. Only santa knows which collectible is in there so you may have to try a few times to get them all. There is also a little extra christmas gold in those DPs, so you're gonna want to get your hands on some.

Twas the month of December, And all through Immortal Night,
Admins were working, on Christmas delights
Inspired by Elves, We were sat there thinking,
"What could we do to keep the Immortal Christmas light blinking?"
"War!" screamed Kanine, "What about Crackers?!"
Nikita would have to code. Lucky she is no slacker!
"Forum Competitions, Raffles, And of course, My Shop"
Violet interjected, with an excited pop!
Nikita was quiet, as she studied the map,
"I know what we'll do, but it stays it under wraps!"
They all sat and stared, ideas kept flowing Post a bulletin already, let's get this work going!
Kanine interjected, "What about the new year?"
Nikita and Violet spoke up, "We have that covered too, don't fear"

For everyone who wasnt online early this afternoon, the site was offline for a couple of hours due to technial issues. In simplest terms, the database became corrupted and crashed. After attempting to repair the database, it was finally decided that the best course of action would be to restore the game from a backup. Fortunately, Immortal Night has a restore point that was taken just about one hour prior to the crash. The end result is, that players who were playing at the time of the crash, or at any point up to one hour prior, have lost roughly an hour of play and advancement.
For those who dont understand the end result of rolling to backup, allow us to explain. If you trained during that one hour period, your stats are back where they were as of 12:58pm Today. Any Gold you may have used for training, is back on your account. If you bought items during that period, you will no longer have the item, but you will have the currency you used back. These are just a couple examples to illustrate the effects of the rollback.
On the bright side, losing one hour of play is not all that bad. However, we do not take this situation lightly and we do understand the concerns of players on this issue. It sucks, we get that. However, we do want to remind people that it could have been worse. We appreciate everyones patience and understanding of this situation. Any donators who lost donation items will be credited accordingly.
