May 25 2012 12:31:09 am	Just a quick announcement. Dont forget the Admin War Signup is today and today only. And also remember, unless something has changed and we were not notified, the site will be Offline for anywhere from 10-60+ minutes around 9am Game Time for some server maintenance as per the previous announcement. May 24 2012 12:04:40 am	We have a couple announcements for everybody. First, on Friday Morning, May 25th, 9am Game Time, Immortal Night will be offline anywhere from 10 minutes to an hour (with a possibility of a little longer). We will be attempting to address some of the issues we've had, which has taken the game offline for short periods of time. During this time, we will be re-configuring and re-installing key server software. So mark your calender, so you dont get surprised if you cannot reach the site for a while Friday morning. Now onto some fun stuff.. Once again the Admin Wars are upon you! Team Kanine will be defending their titles against the fierce teams of Nikita and Violet who will be wanting to get some revenge for that terrible picture K made us wear last time. The war will be held on SUNDAY MAY 27th! Sign ups will take place on May 25th ONLY from midnight to midnight. Be sure to log on and pick your team. If the decision of choosing an admin is too agonizing for you, not to worry we have got you covered, you may elect to have the system choose for you. This option also really helps us balance the teams so these signups are appreciated. We hope that those of you who participated last time will do so again and those of you who were unable to participate give it a shot this time. It was tons of fun and finally admin got to smack talk like crazy!!! We invite you to join in this day of war for the fun and bragging rights of it...Kanine has been holding this over our heads way too long...so lets have at it once again Immortals and lets see which Admin gets the glory this time!
May 19 2012 12:00:50 am	Greetings Immortals, The Admin team feel that some explanation about what has been going on with the server due to the recent performance blips is warranted. The kicker here is that it was actually not the server that caused the problems. For more information regarding that please see the Announcements and Updates Forum and the thread titled Server Information. We do want to assure people we do not turn a blind eye when performance issues crop up and let new people know that historically the game runs very smoothly. Please keep in mind that things happen that are sometimes out of our control to prevent, but we do our best to handle them as quickly as possible when they do. We wish to thank the Immortal Night community for your understanding and patience while we got it worked out and very much appreciate all the support we received on Facebook while getting the issue sorted. Therefore everyone who was active within 48 hours of that first crash, plus anyone active within the last 24 hours of today will be gifted with eight (8) Tech Supporter Toss Tokens. These are used through the Carnival for the Tech Supporter Toss game. For those of you who receive these tokens please use them quickly as they are time sensitive and will expire 7 days from now. May 10 2012 7:58:32 pm	Back at the end of April we started a contest on Facebook, to design the new Immortal Night Cover Photo for Facebook. While we absolutely appreciate the contest entries so far, we still feel like more entries are needed. If you are interested, please see the Immortal Night Facebook page for more information. The contest was due to end on April 30th, but we are extending the contest to May 18th. Hope everyone is having a great week!

May 4 2012 12:05:46 am	The Sports Book is once again open on the Explore page. The Kentucky Derby is a major Horse race that takes place on Saturday. Betting is now open from now until 5pm Saturday before the race begins. Please make sure to read all the details before betting. The Payouts will be determined by the amount Bet by Immortals, and the horses/jockies they bet on. This is similar to real-world horse racing, but a bit modified for our virtual world. Questions? Try the Forums, I am sure people there will be able to explain things and it helps the game staff avoid question-spam. Thanks.

April 30 2012 10:13:27 am	Greetings Immortals, It seems that some have seen fit to ignore the information in the bulletin on April 26 that states that warring is shut down until May 1st. If you war declare war before May 1st expect the spoils and respect to be reclaimed from you and you may experience further action for the disregard of the instruction given to you buy Admin. Thank you for your cooperation in this matter. -Violet
April 26 2012 7:38:36 pm	Immortals - As I assume most you know, we had some severe server problems over the past 24 hours. We apologize for that, but as you also know, sometimes things just break. The break also created some Data corruption of the Database. So as a result, we had to recover the game from Backup. The Backup we used was dated 2:00pm Server Time Yesterday. This was Three hours before the crash occurred. So keep that in mind as you go forward, three hours of gameplay were erased as though they never happened. For anyone who donated during the lost period, please mail Nikita. Please be patient while she processes these orders, she's been dealing with this server crisis while sick with the flu and will need some rest. FYI, If you have not already Liked Immortal Night on Facebook (use the link at the bottom of the site), you really should. It is the best way to get news about the game during these extreme situations where we are unable to post an update direct to the site. One last thing. Due to the downtime, the House War system will remain offline until May 1st. We understand this is several days away, but Nikita will be unavailable over the weekend to fix any issues that may occur with the changes, so its best to hold off. One last thing, Based on our poor experiences over the last 24 hours, we can NOT confidently say everything is 100%. Hopefully it is, but if the site has to go down again, we're sorry. Keep an eye on Facebook if such a situation occurs. Thanks.
