Hi there Immortals!
Just wanted to let you know that, tho we normally celebrate the Immortal Night Anniversary this weekend...or at least start it now...we are not gonna this year. :P Sorry guys lot to get done and not a lot of time to do it, so an extra few days to prepare was warranted.
Never fear the celebration is coming mostly taking place next weekend. Keep your eyes open for bulletin for updates and sign ups and more information in the Announcements and Updates forum.
Thank you for your understanding and help making the 4th Year Anniversary celebration a great one!!

Greetings Immortals!
The Immortal Night anniversary is coming up and as part of our celebrations we are holding another Best Bio Contest!
This is a THEMED Bio Contest and the theme is...you guessed it...anniversaries!! These contests are a multi step process. Now is the time to work on your anniversary bio to get it how you want it, then you submit your anniversary bio to the contest (Sign up would take place SEPTEMBER 3RD & 4TH). Once sign up is complete Admin will go through the submissions and eliminate the ones that we do not feel should be up for a prize. Player voting will then begin and then prizes will be awarded based on those votes.
I have opened a thread in the Announcements and Updates section of the Forums with more info and where you may ask questions you have.
Good luck to everyone who submits an Anniversary Bio!!

Good Night Immortals!!! Thanks to the help of 963 Immortals, Abbadon was defeated! The final blow was dealt by CherokeeSpiritWolf [646991]. This has been checked and triple checked with multiple logs put in place for the event. For those of you who did not notice, there is a HOF available showing the Immortals who dealt the most damage to this enemy. Rewards and prizes will be distributed later in the day.
P.S. Just to clarify for everyone, although mattmick22 DAngalo [413992] did the most damage, everyone had equal opportunity to hit and damage Abbadon. He was setup so regardless of level, equipment, stats, etc everyone was on a level playing field as Abbadon adapted to his opponent.

Just to ensure nobody is discouraged, Abbadon can be battled by everyone regardless of level and stats. The lower levels and lower stat players are NOT at a disadvantage. Nikita

Good Morning Immortals!
This weekend is the release for the movie based on the book The Mortal Instruments City of Bones. In anticipation of that movie we have a few fun events planned for the community.
The first is a Mortal Instruments Donator Pack with a very cool Nephilim Rune Icon and two collectible items. Matchgame will offer a super bonus of 500 Gold if you match the daggers. We have a Kill The Abbadon Event where the entire game can band together to kill this greater demon NPC off on the Explore page. Prizes will be given to those with the most hits on the demon and to the person who lands the fatal blow. Trivia based on the book will be held both in the forums and chat in segments. Noon in the forums is the first segment. The where the next segment is and time it will be held will be released at the end of the session. And finally the entire community will be treated to 15 extra tarot readings today only.

Good Evening Immortals!
This is a friendly reminder that even tho this site is 17+, it is against the rules to engage in cyber sexting. This means cybering is not allowed anywhere in this game including private mails and chat. There are plenty of sites on the internet that cater to this type of interchange between its users, but this is not one of them.
Recently I have received a disturbing amount of player reports regarding this type of activity, so I figured a PSA was in order. Cyber sexting is a rule 5 violation and here on Immortal Night the rules are enforced. If you are engaged in this type of behavior, it is in your best interest to stop immediately if you wish to remain in this game. (This does not mean if you are currently engaging in cyber that you might not still find yourself in the pit.)

Good Afternoon Immortals,
A new ability has been discovered by the Admin. As the community has grown and the need arises, like evolution, new abilities seem to be granted to them. It has been discovered that they now have the power to Heal All in an area; Recovery for instance.
Should the need arise Admin can enter Recovery and blast everyone with Immortal Healing Energy that will rejuvenate and instantly heal everyone injured.
When the Admin feel the community is in need of this healing assistance, they will visit Recovery and revitalize all within. Please do not ask Admin to heal you out of Recovery, this is an all or nothing type situation and we will not be squandering this ability at the whim of individuals unwilling to use a Hemlock Compress.
